Once cuspid was erupted and all spaces were closed we placed fixed retainers and referred to periodontist for frenectomy. This frenectomy procedure prevents anterior spaces from returning.

Impacted cuspid and upper spacing with prominent frenum. Young lady is unhappy with spaces and impacted teeth. Full braces used to help erupt impacted the right cuspid tooth. A need to see an oral surgeon was part of treatment so that tooth could have erupted.
